This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from GT3Designs through our website, online store, social media channels, WhatsApp, Instagram, email, or any other official sales channel.
GT3Designs products are customized, printed on demand, and produced based on the customer’s selected vehicle model, mount type, lettering, color, magnet design, charger option, cable option, and other selected specifications. For this reason, GT3Designs products are treated as customized, personalized, and made-to-order products, referred to in this policy as the “Custom-Made Exception.”
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Customized and Printed-on-Demand Products
All GT3Designs mounts, magnetic faces, charging magnet options, custom lettering, printed designs, and special-request products are produced or prepared based on the customer’s order.
Because each product is customized, printed on demand, or prepared specifically for the customer, orders cannot be returned, exchanged, cancelled, or refunded for change of mind once production, printing, customization, preparation, or fulfillment has started, where legally permitted.
This includes, but is not limited to, cases where:

The customer no longer wants the product

The customer ordered the wrong model or option

The customer selected the wrong color, lettering, magnet, cable, or charger option

The customer changes their mind after placing the order

The customer prefers a different design after production has started

The product was made according to the order details selected, submitted, or approved by the customer
This does not affect the customer’s legal rights if the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, not as described, or materially different from what was confirmed in the order.
2. Kuwait Consumer Protection Compliance
GT3Designs respects applicable consumer protection and online trading requirements in Kuwait.
Kuwait consumer protection rules generally provide consumers with rights relating to return, exchange, refund, defective products, and products that are not as described. However, because GT3Designs products are customized, personalized, printed on demand, and made specifically for the customer, returns and refunds are limited as explained in this policy under the Custom-Made Exception, except where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, not as described, or where a mandatory legal right applies.
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or limit any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Kuwait law.
3. Defective, Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, not as described, or materially different from the confirmed order, please contact GT3Designs as soon as possible.
For items damaged during shipping or delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide photos of the damaged packaging and product. This helps us review the issue quickly and submit a carrier or insurance claim where applicable.
Manufacturing defects, specification errors, incorrect items, incomplete items, or products that are not as described will be handled in accordance with the applicable statutory timelines and consumer protection requirements under Kuwait law.

After reviewing the issue, GT3Designs may offer one or more of the following solutions, depending on the circumstances and applicable law:

Store credit, if agreed with the customer

Refund, where legally required or where GT3Designs determines that a refund is appropriate
If the issue is confirmed to be caused by GT3Designs, we will correct the issue at no additional product cost to the customer.
4. Vehicle Fitment and Customer Selection
GT3Designs products are designed for specific vehicle models, interiors, and configurations. The customer is responsible for selecting the correct vehicle model, mount version, charging option, cable option, magnet option, color, lettering, and accessories before placing the order.
If the customer orders the wrong model, version, color, lettering, magnet, charger, cable, or option, and the product was produced according to the order details selected, submitted, or approved by the customer, the product is non-refundable and non-exchangeable under the Custom-Made Exception, where legally permitted, as it cannot be restocked or resold.
GT3Designs may, at its discretion, try to assist with a replacement or exchange solution. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for any price difference, production cost, customization cost, shipping cost, customs duties, taxes, and related charges.
If GT3Designs supplied an item that does not match the confirmed order, we will correct the issue.
5. 3D Printed Product Characteristics
GT3Designs products are made using 3D printing, finishing, assembly, and customization methods. Minor visual or surface characteristics are normal and are not considered defects.
These may include:

Fine layer lines

Slight surface texture
-
Small differences between batches
-
Minor finishing marks
-
Minor color variation caused by filament, material, lighting, photography, or screen settings

Small differences in printed lettering or UV printed finishes
-
Normal signs of the production process that do not affect function, fitment, or safe use
These characteristics are part of the manufacturing method and do not qualify for return, exchange, or refund unless the product is defective, unsafe, unusable, incorrect, incomplete, not as described, or materially different from the confirmed order.
6. Customer-Uploaded Files and Custom Design Requests
Where GT3Designs allows customers to upload artwork, files, logos, names, images, wording, model designations, badges, or custom design instructions, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the submitted or requested material is lawful, appropriate, suitable for use, and that the customer has the necessary rights, permission, authority, or lawful basis to request the customization.
All customer-submitted or customer-requested customizations are subject to the intellectual property, rights clearance, user-submitted content, and third-party trademark provisions set out in Section 10 and Section 11 of our Terms of Service.
GT3Designs reserves the right to reject any file, artwork, wording, image, logo, model designation, badge, or custom request that we consider inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, misleading, technically unsuitable, or otherwise unacceptable.
A customer-uploaded, customer-selected, or customer-approved design cannot be returned, exchanged, cancelled, or refunded once production, printing, customization, preparation, or fulfillment has started, unless the final product is defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, not as described, or materially different from what was confirmed.
7. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation and receive a full refund strictly before production, printing, customization, preparation, or fulfillment has started.
Because GT3Designs products are customized and printed on demand, once raw materials are allocated, production begins, printing starts, customization begins, or the order moves into fulfillment, the order becomes a custom made-to-order item and cannot be cancelled for change of mind under the Custom-Made Exception, where legally permitted.
If cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method where possible.
8. Returns Approved by GT3Designs
If GT3Designs approves a return, the item must be returned in unused, undamaged, complete, and original condition, with all supplied accessories, packaging, magnets, chargers, cables, inserts, and parts.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, GT3Designs may refuse a return if the item is:

Used or installed

Damaged after delivery

Missing parts or accessories
-
Modified by the customer
-
Returned without approval

Not in original condition

Not purchased directly from GT3Designs or an authorized GT3Designs sales channel
Approved returns must be sent only after GT3Designs provides return instructions. Do not send any item back without prior approval.
9. Return Shipping, Customs, and Duties
Unless the return is due to a confirmed error, defect, damage, incorrect item, incomplete item, or issue caused by GT3Designs, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, clearance charges, and any related costs.
Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by GT3Designs or unless otherwise required by applicable law.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and clearance charges are charged by the destination country and are not controlled by GT3Designs. These charges are not refundable by GT3Designs.
10. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method where possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, payment provider, or payment gateway.
If the original payment method is unavailable, GT3Designs may offer another refund method agreed with the customer, where permitted.
11. Sale Items, Discount Codes, and Promotional Orders
Products purchased during promotions, sales, or using discount codes are still handled in accordance with applicable Kuwait consumer protection rules.
However, any approved refund, exchange, or store credit will be based on the actual amount paid by the customer after any discount, promotion, coupon, or credit was applied.
12. Customer Approval and Order Confirmation
For customized orders, GT3Designs may confirm key order details before production begins, including the vehicle model, mount type, magnet option, lettering, color, charger option, cable option, and any custom request.
The customer is responsible for reviewing the order confirmation carefully. Once the customer confirms the details, or once the order is placed through the website using the selected options, GT3Designs will produce the item based on those confirmed or selected details.
If the product is produced according to the customer’s confirmed or selected details, it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind once production has started, unless required by applicable law.

14. Legal Compliance
This policy is intended to comply with applicable consumer protection and online trading requirements in Kuwait.
If any part of this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the mandatory legal requirement will apply.
This Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. Customers are required to review and acknowledge this policy before placing an order. Where available, customers are also required to acknowledge the customized and printed-on-demand nature of the product before completing checkout.
