This website is operated by GT3Designs. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to GT3Designs. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site, accessing our social media channels, interacting via WhatsApp, and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website or ordering our products. By accessing or using any part of the site or placing an order through any official sales channel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

Section 1 - Online Store & Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country, state, or province of residence.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright and motor vehicle safety laws).

A breach or violation of these Terms may result in suspension of access, refusal of service, or cancellation of pending orders, where permitted by applicable law.

Section 2 - General Conditions & Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service, block access, or cancel orders where permitted by applicable law, including where we reasonably believe there is fraud, misuse, payment failure, inaccurate information, unlawful activity, abusive behavior, technically unsuitable customization requests, or an order we cannot reasonably fulfill.

You understand that your content, excluding credit card and payment information, may be transferred unencrypted and may involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card and payment information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Section 3 - Intellectual Property, Proprietary Designs, & Anti-Cloning

All content included on this site and across our official sales channels, including but not limited to physical product designs, mechanical mounting mechanisms, magnetic interfaces, CAD files, 3D models, graphics, logos, text, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of GT3Designs, operated by Integrated Solutions Co. WLL, or its content suppliers and is protected by local and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Strict Prohibited Use: You are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering, 3D scanning, replicating, duplicating, copying, selling, reselling, or exploiting any portion of our physical product designs, manufacturing processes, or digital media for commercial purposes or for creating replacement, competing, or derivative products without express written permission from us.

Section 4 - Manufacturing Variations (3D Printed Product Characteristics)

You acknowledge and agree that GT3Designs products are manufactured utilizing specialized additive manufacturing (3D printing), finishing, and custom assembly techniques.

As a result, minor surface variations, including fine layer lines, slight surface textures, minor finishing marks, and subtle color variances due to raw material filament batches or monitor display settings, are inherent to the production process. These structural and visual characteristics are normal, do not constitute manufacturer defects, and do not impact the fitment, safety, or utility of the product.

Section 5 - Automotive Fitment, Installation, & Limitation of Liability

GT3Designs designs vehicle-specific components intended to integrate with compatible factory vehicle interiors.

The customer is responsible for selecting the correct vehicle model year, interior specification, and component layout at checkout. The customer is also responsible for verifying that their vehicle interior matches the configuration required by the purchased product.

The customer must ensure that any installed mount and attached electronic device do not obstruct the driver’s view of the road, interfere with vehicle controls, impede the deployment of safety equipment including airbags, or violate applicable traffic or safety laws.

GT3Designs products must be installed and used carefully and only as intended. GT3Designs is not responsible for damage, loss, or issues caused by improper installation, excessive force, misuse, modification, incompatible third-party accessories, failure to follow instructions, accidents, abnormal use, or use outside the intended purpose, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Section 6 - Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information

While we make reasonable efforts to keep product information, pricing, availability, descriptions, specifications, and website content accurate and current, some information on this site may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors.

The material on this site is provided for general information and product guidance only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions where more complete or updated information is required.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update or modify the contents of this site at any time, where permitted by applicable law.

Section 7 - Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service, or any part or content thereof, without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Section 8 - Products or Services (Custom-Made Exception)

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website, WhatsApp, Instagram, email, or other official GT3Designs sales channels.

As detailed in our Return & Refund Policy, GT3Designs products are custom made-to-order, personalized, and printed on demand according to the customer’s selected configurations. Once production, raw material allocation, printing, customization, preparation, or fulfillment has started, these products fall under our Custom-Made Exception and are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for change of mind or customer selection errors, where legally permitted.

This does not affect the customer’s legal rights if the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, not as described, or materially different from the confirmed order.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your device or monitor display will accurately reflect the actual color, finish, or texture of the product.

Section 9 - Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order you place with us where permitted by applicable law. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order where we reasonably believe it is necessary. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, or orders that use the same billing or shipping address.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, shipping, and account information for all purchases made through our store or official sales channels. You agree to promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Section 10 - User-Submitted Content and Custom Requests

If you submit or upload custom text, wording, names, model designations, artwork, images, logos, files, vehicle interior images, or other design instructions, including vehicle brand names, model names, trim names, variant names, performance designations, badges, or logos, you confirm that you have the necessary rights, permissions, authority, or lawful basis to submit, use, and reproduce that material for your custom order.

The customer is solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and rights clearance of any custom text, artwork, logo, file, image, model designation, badge, name, or other material submitted or requested by the customer.

GT3Designs does not provide legal, trademark, copyright, or intellectual property clearance for customer-submitted materials. GT3Designs does not independently verify whether customer-submitted text, names, model designations, logos, artwork, images, or files are registered trademarks, copyrighted works, protected designs, proprietary material, or otherwise owned by a third party.

By submitting custom material, you grant GT3Designs a limited, royalty-free, non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, adapt, prepare, print, and process that material only as necessary to review, design, produce, customize, fulfill, deliver, and support your custom order.

GT3Designs will not publicly use customer-submitted personal designs, images, or files for marketing or promotional purposes without the customer’s permission, unless the material was already publicly shared by the customer or otherwise permitted by law.

GT3Designs reserves the right to reject, cancel, or refuse any custom design request, file, wording, artwork, image, logo, model designation, badge, or other submission that we reasonably believe is unlawful, offensive, inappropriate, technically unsuitable, misleading, counterfeit-related, or clearly infringes an obvious third-party right.

If any third-party claim, complaint, demand, takedown request, trademark claim, copyright claim, or intellectual property dispute arises from customer-submitted or customer-requested material, the customer agrees to cooperate with GT3Designs and accepts responsibility for the material they submitted or requested, except where the claim is caused by GT3Designs’ own unauthorized use, modification, or misconduct.

Section 11 - Vehicle Brands and Third-Party Trademarks

GT3Designs is an independent brand.

Any vehicle names, model names, brand names, badges, trademarks, or references used on our website, product pages, social media, or customer communications are used only to describe product compatibility, fitment, customer requests, customer-selected customization, or reference to the customer’s own vehicle configuration.

GT3Designs is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, authorized by, or officially connected to Porsche AG or any other vehicle manufacturer, unless expressly stated.

All trademarks, brand names, model names, badges, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

Customer-submitted requests involving vehicle model names, trim names, performance designations, badges, logos, or other third-party material are treated as customer-directed customization requests and are subject to Section 10 of these Terms.

Section 12 - Shipping, Customs, and Delivery

Shipping times, delivery estimates, courier selection, and available destinations may vary depending on production time, customer location, courier availability, customs clearance, holidays, and other factors outside our control. Delivery dates are estimates only unless expressly confirmed in writing.

GT3Designs is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier delays, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, weather, holidays, strikes, disruptions, destination-country restrictions, or force majeure events.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is delayed, returned, lost, or misdelivered because the customer provided incorrect or incomplete shipping details, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping, replacement, or production costs.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, clearance charges, and other charges imposed by the destination country, unless clearly stated otherwise.

Section 13 - Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the storefront is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Section 14 - Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • (a) for any unlawful purpose;
  • (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts;
  • (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial, state, local, or other applicable regulations, rules, laws, or ordinances;
  • (d) to infringe upon, violate, or submit material that may infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, model names, badges, artwork, files, or proprietary content;
  • (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate;
  • (f) to submit false or misleading information;
  • (g) to upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or any other harmful material;
  • (h) to collect or track the personal information of others;
  • (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, scrape, or engage in similar activities;
  • (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or
  • (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service, any related website, other websites, or the Internet.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any prohibited use, where permitted by applicable law.

Section 15 - Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GT3Designs, our parent company Integrated Solutions Co. WLL, and our subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service, the documents they incorporate by reference, your violation of any law, or your violation of the rights of a third party.

Section 16 - Severability

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Section 17 - Termination

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

Section 18 - Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait.

Any dispute, claim, controversy, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, your use of the website, or the purchase of any GT3Designs products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of Kuwait.

Section 19 - Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.

It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes, where permitted by applicable law.

Section 20 - Language

These Terms of Service may be made available in English and Arabic. If there is any inconsistency between the English and Arabic versions, the Arabic version shall apply for Kuwait regulatory or consumer protection purposes, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
